itel has launched a new entry-level smartphone called the Zeno 5G. The newcomer is for someone with a tight budget but will get a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, a 5,000mAh battery, a 120Hz display, and a 50MP main camera. So, even though it is currently available below Rs 10,000, it has better specs than the Zeno 10, which launched earlier this year. Here are its pricing, availability and complete specs details:

- itel Zeno 5G is listed on Amazon India for Rs 10,299. But, as part of the launch offer, you can grab a Rs 1000 discount coupon, which slashes the price to Rs 9,299.
- There is only a single 4GB RAM plus 128GB storage model.
- You can pick it in three colours, viz., Calx Titanium, Shadow Black and Wave Green.

- Display: On the front, you get a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a punch-hole Dynamic Bar, and PANDA MN228 screen protection. The company is also offering free screen replacement within 100 days of purchase.
- Processor: At the heart of Zeno 5G is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip, which is based on a 6nm process and can perform up to 2.4GHz clock speed. With up to 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM, the company is assuring a “lag-free 5-year fluency experience”.
- Cameras: On the back, the phone packs a 50MP main camera, and on the front, you get an 8MP selfie snapper.
- Battery: The phone packs a 5,000mAh cell with a 10W charging speed.
- Miscellaneous: You also get Android 14 software, 4GB virtual RAM, IP54 dust and water resistance, face unlocking support, and a built-in AI tool with content generation. discovery and grammar checking facility.
