Jio offers a broad range of recharge plans in India. The most popular is the all-in-one packs that come with voice calls, data, SMS, and other benefits. While the voice calls are unlimited, the data on the majority of these prepaid packs are capped, not more than 3GB data a day, per FUP (fair usage policy). In case anyone ends up exhausting the daily data, the telco offers Jio data plans. These plans offer extra data with no limit and work over and above your existing packs. Best Jio 4G data voucher plan

The 4G data voucher plans come in handy if you want to add a certain amount of extra data to your existing plan. The vouchers kick in when the daily data is exhausted. Furthermore, these Jio data plans have the same validity as your currently active plan. For instance, let’s say you are active on a yearly all-in-one plan, and you recharge with one of the data voucher plans, then the said 4G data voucher plan will have a year’s validity. 

Rs 15 Jio data plan

First on the list is the Rs 15 data voucher plan. It comes with a total of 1GB of data and after you exhaust the pack’s data, your internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps. The plan will have the same validity as the currently active plan.

Rs 25 Jio data plan

This Rs 25 data add-on recharge plan will get you a total of 2GB of data. Post data exhaustion, the internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps. The plan will have the same validity as the active plan, just the previous pack.

Rs 61 Jio data plan

The Rs 61 Jio data add-on plan gives you a total of 6GB of internet data on top of the base plan. Just like the previous plans, this one will also give you the same validity as the currently active all-in-one plan. After you exhaust the extra add-on data, the internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps.

Rs 121 Jio data plan

The Rs 121 data add-on pack is the highest you can recharge on top of your currently active plan. It’ll get you a total of 12GB of data. Post data exhaustion the internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps. The validity will be the same as the base active plan.

Best Jio data add-on packs

The data add-on packs are a bit different from the 4G data voucher plans. These plans have a validity of their own, which means they will not last as long as the validity of your existing plan. The Jio data add-on packs come with at least 30 days of validity. Another thing to note is that since these are standalone plans, they will work even after the expiration of the all-in-one pack.

Rs 181 data add-on pack

The first on our list is the Rs 181 data add-on plan. It comes with 30GB of total data. Post data exhaustion, the internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps. The plan has a 30-day validity.

Rs 222 data add-on pack

The Rs 222 data on-pack provides you with 50GB of additional data for a total duration of 30 days. After the data is consumed, the internet speeds are reduced to just 64Kbps.

Rs 241 data add-on pack

The Rs 241 data add-on pack will get you a total of 40GB of high-speed data. This one also has 30 days of validity. After you exhaust the pack’s data, the internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps, just like the other packs on this list.

Rs 301 data add-on pack

Additionally, you also get other Jio OTT apps access as well that include JioTV and Jio Cinema. Additionally, Jio is also bundling access to JioSecurity and JioCloud with this pack. This is the only plan that provides access to the Disney+ Hotstar app, and if you want to watch cricket content like IPL and access a broad range of entertainment content that includes movies and original Disney shows, this is one of the best plans you can recharge with. The plan has a total of 55-day validity and after the allowed data ends, the internet speed will be reduced to 64Kbps. It is worth noting that you won’t get any voice or SMS benefits with this pack just like the previous one.

Rs 2,878 data add-on pack

If you want a data add-on pack with a year-long validity, you can consider the Rs 2878 data add-on pack. It gives you a total of 730GB of internet data over 365 days. The daily data allowance is capped at 2GB per day. Post daily data allowance, the internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps. This pack also doesn’t contain any voice or SMS benefits.

Rs 2,998 data add-on pack

This is the most expensive data add-on pack that Jio has. If you need more than 2GB of daily data but still want a yearly data add-on pack, the Rs 2,998 pack will give you 2.5GB of data per day. The pack gives you a total of 912.5GB of data over 365 days. Post daily data allowance the internet speed will reduce to 64Kbps. This one also doesn’t have any voice or SMS benefits.
