The listing shows the company name as Emdoor Digital Technology Co LTD, which means Jio might be purchasing the product from the vendor and selling with its own branding. We wish the laptop had been running on the latest Windows 11 OS but there are chances the final product might have the latest OS. Jio laptop, which might debut as JioBook had received BIS certification and had appeared on Geekbench benchmarking application, which revealed some key specifications.

The listing surprised us as it was listed with Android OS 11, which could be a mistake or a different variant of the laptop that might be in the testing. It had managed to score 1,178 in the single-core test and 4,246 in the multi-core test. It is said to be powered by the MediaTek MT8788 chipset paired with 2GB of RAM. The rest of the specifications are under wraps at the moment. Jio hasn’t mentioned anything about the launch date yet but we can expect the laptop to break covers in the next few months, if not a little early.
