New Kodak CA-series of 4K Android TVs have been launched in India in partnership with Flipkart. The TVs come in four size variants – 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch with bezel-less panels. The 4K Android TVs are equipped with features like Dolby Vision and HDR10 for truly immersive viewing experience. They run on Android 9.0 Pie and come with a remote control that has dedicated shortcut keys for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and Google Play Store. There’s support for Google Assistant as well. The Kodak CA-series 4K TV specifications also include Dolby Digital Plus and DTS TruSurround. Connectivity options include USB 3.0, HDMI ARC/CEC and Bluetooth 5.0. There’s 8GB of internal storage and 1.75GB of RAM on board.

The 43-inch Kodak CA 4K TV price in India is set at Rs 23,999. The 50-inch Kodak TV will set you back by Rs 27,999, while the 55-inch edition is priced at Rs 30,999 and the 65-inch model will be available for Rs 49,999. The Kodak 4K Android TVs will soon go on sale via Flipkart. Super Plastronics Pvt Ltd said that it is the only brand licensee in India to partner with Google for the ‘Make in India’ initiative and vowed to launch new TV models throughout the year. The company is targeting a turnover of 700 cores in FY 2020-21. The current market share of Kodak HD LED TVs in the Indian television market is 4 percent.

The aggressive pricing of the new Kodak 4K TVs will make them capable rivals to Xiaomi’s Mi TVs and Vu TVs in India. Just last week, Vu launched new range of Premium 4K TV models in India with prices starting at Rs 24,999.
