Lava A5 is officially launched as ‘Designed in India’ feature phone. It introduces a new ‘Super Ultra Tone Technology’, which is a set of processes that separates the speaker and receiver of the phone to eliminate any sound leakage and enables users to experience crystal clear sound during calls. The Lava A5 packs a polycarbonate build, supports dual SIM and super battery mode which is claimed to last up to three days on a single charge. There’s also an auto-call recording and call blink notification. The Lava A5 supports 22 Indian languages and typing in 7 languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Gujarati and Punjabi. Lava A5 is priced at Rs 1,399 and is available in Rose Gold and Silver Blue colour options.
Lava A5 specifications
The Lava A5 feature phone sports a 2.4-inch QVGA display and expandable memory of up to 32GB. It packs a 1,000mAh Li-ion battery, 3.5mm audio jack, MP3/MP4 players and the primary rear camera is capable of zoom and video recording. Other features include Instant Torch, Wireless FM with Recording, USB Connectivity and Bluetooth. Lava is offering a one year warranty on the phone, and six months on accessories.
