Lava BE U is a woman-centric smartphone that is said to be in the works and it looks like the official announcement could be coming in soon. The handset has now spotted on the Google Play Console website. The listing reveals key Lava BE U specifications, including 2GB RAM, and the Spreadtrum SC9863A chipset. The phone will have an HD+ display with 1560 X 720 pixels resolution and will run on Android 10 OS. Additionally, alleged Lava BE U retail box images have been leaked online which reveal a few more specifications as well as the price tag.
The Lava BE U ships with Be Safe app that includes distress alarm, location tracking, and audio recording. It has a vertically-aligned dual rear camera setup that has a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens, a 4,060mAh battery, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, an 8MP selfie snapper, and 32GB storage that should be further expandable. The retail box package will include the handset, a standard 7.5W charger + USB cable, and a transparent back case.
The alleged retail box shows the Lava BE U price in India as 7,777, but you should take this with a pinch of salt until the official announcement. The box package also shows the phone will be made in India. Unfortunately, the launch date of the Lava BE U hasn’t been revealed just yet.
