Lava has expanded its range of entry-level devices with the launch of the Iris 325 Style. The brand hasn’t listed the phone on its website yet, but it’s up for grabs on eBay India for Rs 2,599. At this price point, it has joined the club of the most affordable Android KitKat smartphones in the country.
Coming to the specs, the Lava Iris 325 Style comes with a 3.5-inch TFT display bearing a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor, aided by 256MB of RAM. It houses 512MB of internal memory, which is further expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. The phone sports a 2MP primary camera with an LED flash and a 0.3MP secondary snapper. In terms of connectivity, it offers dual-SIM sots, Wi-Fi, micro-USB, Bluetooth and GPRS. There’s no word if it comes with support for 3G networks. It is backed by a 1,400mAh battery, which is rated to deliver 15 hours of talk time.
The company recently launched the Lava Iris X1 Beats with stereo speakers for Rs 6,552. The music-centric device comes with a K-Class amplifier, a 5-inch display, a quad-core processor, 8GB of expandable memory, 5MP/VGA cameras, dual-SIM slots, and a 2,200mAh battery.
