Lenovo Ego smartwatch has been launched in India. Lenovo touts it as the affordable sporty smartwatch with round dial and compatibility with both Android and iOS devices. The Lenovo Ego is also “suited best for fitness enthusiasts.” It comes with a heart rate sensor and a slew of sports mode, including walking, running, cycling, and swimming. Additional Lenovo Ego features include water-resistance up to 50 meters, up to 20 days battery life on a single charge, a 1.6-inch anti-reflective monochrome display and a remote camera which clicks picture in a single tap on the display screen of the smartwatch.

As for the specifications, the Lenovo Ego sports a 42mm anti-shine reflective display with night light mode. It comes with a bunch of sports modes, 24 hours real-time heart rate monitor, and sleep tracker that keeps a tab on your sleeping patterns. The watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters and features a swim mode that maps calories burnt and stroke style while swimming. “The watch is lightweight and sports durable black strap which is wrapped tightly on the wearer’s wrist even during demanding exercises,” according to Lenovo.

The Lenovo Ego is said to have a battery backup of 20 days. It can be paired with both Android and iOS devices via Lenovo Life app available on the Google Play Store and App Store, respectively. Lastly, the smartwatch has different vibrating patterns based on the notification alerts ranging from phone calls, emails, text messages, and other social media apps.
