“The Lenovo S5 Pro is confirmed to arrive with Super 2X Optical Zoom and AI features”
Lenovo’s Vice President Chang Cheng recently confirmed the existence of the brand’s upcoming S5 Pro smartphone. The brand’s executive also announced that the Lenovo S5 Pro could be the manufacturer’s first smartphone to flaunt four primary cameras at the rear. Now, Cheng went ahead and has announced that the Lenovo S5 Pro will be unveiled at an event on October 18th in China.
Cheng’s latest teaser for the Lenovo S5 Pro shows a smartphone with two circular holes on the front. If these both are selfie cameras, then the S5 Pro could arrive as the world’s first smartphone to flaunt a total of six cameras. Notably, the LG V40 went official as the world’s first smartphone to boast a massive five total cameras – two on the front and three at the rear.
As far as the other features are concerned, the Lenovo S5 Pro has been teased to arrive with Super 2X Optical Zoom and artificial intelligence features. Some of the camera samples of the phone posted by the brand suggested that the handset could boast impressive shooting capabilities. The smartphone is expected to sport a number of AI-based shooting modes inside the camera app.
Moving on to the other specs, the Lenovo S5 pro is rumoured to sport a 6.5-inch QHD+ IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The phone could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. The handset is tipped to come in multiple RAM and storage configurations – 6GB / 8GB and 64GB / 128GB / 256GB. A 4,000mAh battery is said to keep the device alive.
It’s worth mentioning that none of the aforementioned rumoured specs of the Lenovo S5 Pro have been officially confirmed at the moment, so take these leaks with a grain of salt for now. We should have more details in a matter of days, so stay in touch.
