Lenovo has expanded its range of wearables in India with the launch of the Smart Band Cardio 2 affordable fitness tracker. The accessory sports a removable strap design, which means the core component can be removed from the strap. It features a heart rate sensor and is capable of 24-hour continues dynamic heart rate monitoring. Notably, the Smart Band Cardio 2 features a 100mAh battery that’s touted to deliver 20 days of usage on a single charge. Lenovo will be competing against the likes of the Xiaomi Mi Band 3 with its latest wearable in the country.

The Smart Band Cardio 2 has been priced competitively at Rs 1,499. The wearable will be available in the country exclusively on Amazon India. The smart band comes in a single black hue.

The Smart Band Cardio 2 is capable of tracking several physical activities likes running, walking, swimming, and cycling. The accessory can survive up to 50 metres underwater thanks to the 5ATM water-resistance rating. The wearable has a 0.87-inch OLED display, which allows users to check text messages, voice call notifications, time, steps taken, and more. The fitness tracker also has a Sedentary Remind mode, which reminds the user to get up and walk if they have been sitting for too long. Lastly, the smart band is compatible with devices running iOS 8.0 or higher and Android 5.0 or above.
