“India is one of the largest consumers of data, globally, and the market is primed for the seamless connectivity and transformative speed offered by 5G. MediaTek is at the forefront of the global 5G revolution and we continue to work with popular smartphone brands to bring 5G enabled devices to Indian consumers. The first phone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ in India is widely expected to be the Realme X7 Pro. To recall, the smartphone was launched in China in September alongside the Dimensity 800U-powered Realme X7. The Pro model touts a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 8GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage. The device also packs a 4,500mAh battery, 65W fast charging support, and 64MP quad cameras, among other things. Realme X7 Pro price in China is RMB 2,199 (approx Rs 23,400) and we can expect similar pricing in India as well.
