The MediaTek Helio G37 packs an octa-core chipset that features four Cortex-A53 cores that are clocked at 2.3GHz for intensive tasks, while the other four Cortex-A53 cores run at 1.8GHz and take care of smaller tasks to save power. With high clock speed, big.LITTLE architecture and its power-efficient FinFET fabrication, the chip balances performance and battery life. Add to it the IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU and support for up to 8 gigs of LPDDR4x RAM, and you’ve got a powerhouse that can handle anything thrown at it.

With MediaTek TAS 2.0 smart antenna technology, the modem is able to identify the signal quality to offer the best connection without consuming a lot of power. There’s also support for Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0, which can co-exist to boost throughput and connection reliability while using accessories such as headphones and gamepads.
