Xiaomi’s Mi CC9 Pro has been confirmed to launch in China on November 5th. Speculations are rife that it could be the company’s second phone after Mi MIX Alpha to feature a 108MP primary sensor. The new teaser posters confirmed a gradient finish with a glass back. The 3.5mm audio, USB Type-C port and a loudspeaker grill are present on the bottom. Now, ahead of the official unveiling, Mi CC9 Pro cleared TENAA certification with model number M1910F4E, thereby revealing complete specifications sheet. The handset will offer up to 5x optical zoom and is expected to feature an ultra-wide-angle lens and a ToF sensor for depth sensing.

According to the TENAA listing, the Mi CC9 Pro is said to pack a 6.47-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with 2,340 × 1080 pixels resolution. The listing suggests that the handset will be available in multiple variants: 6GB + 64GB, 8GB + 128GB, and high-end 12GB + 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. It is likely to have a microSD card slot for memory expansion. Android 9.0 with custom MIUI 10 skin is expected to take care of the software department. The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro measures 157.8×74.2×9.67mm and weighs 208g. A massive 5,170mAh battery is expected to fuel the handset and China’s 3C certification revealed it will have 30W fast-charging support.
While TENAA listing doesn’t mention anything about the other specs, earlier leaks suggested that the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 730G mobile platform, coupled with Adreno 618 GPU. The brand confirmed that it will feature a 108MP primary Samsung HMX sensor, which could be aided by a telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, an ultra-wide-angle lens and a ToF sensor. On the front, a 32MP snapper for selfies and video chats has been tipped. The handset is likely to have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity options could include 4G VoLTE, dual-band WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. The Mi CC9 Pro is claimed to cost RMB 2599 (around Rs 26,100).
