In addition to Mi 10 and Mi Box 4K, Xiaomi has also launched Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 in India today. This is the first pair of truly wireless earbuds from the brand in India. The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 feature a stem design, much like the Apple AirPods and Realme Buds Air. The Mi earphones are rated to offer distortion-free audio and seamless connectivity, especially with MIUI 11-powered devices. Other key specifications include a punchy bass, environment noise cancellation, and smart in-ear detection that automatically pause the music when you take them off the ear.

The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 price in India is set at Rs 4,499, but the pair will be available at a ‘special’ limited period price of Rs 3,999 from May 12th to May 17th on Mi.com, Amazon.in, and Mi Home.

The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 ships with 14.2mm drivers that are rated to deliver punchier bass and superior sound. The in-ear earbuds flaunt stem design with optical noise and environmental noise cancellation (ENC) to shun the outside voice when you’re on call. The pair also touts low latency high-definition audio codec (LHDC) for higher bit rate and “HD audio quality”.
Xiaomi claims that the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 can last up to 4 hours on a single charge and up to 14 hours with the help of the charging case. The case supports fast charging and can juice up the earphones in just one hour. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.0, smart in-ear detection, and touch gestures for music playback, answering calls and enabling voice assistant. While the earphones support both Android and iOS-powered devices, the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 comes with better optimisation for MIUI phones for seamless connectivity.
