- The phone will after it launched the In 1b and In Note 1
- The Micromax In 1 could be a 5G phone that the company’s co-founder, Rahul Sharma had teased in February
Micromax In 1 India launch date is March 19th, with the unveiling set for 12pm through an online-only event. This will join the existing Micromax phones such as the In 1b and In Note 1. However, not much else is known about the phone just yet, but we can speculate it could be a 5G phone that the company’s co-founder Rahul Sharma had teased back in February in a YouTube Q&A episode of ‘Let’s Talk INdia Ke Liye’. The Micromax In 1 may arrive with an entry-level MediaTek Dimensity chipset or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor. We hope the company will start teasing the In 1 and its features in the next few days ahead of its launch.
Micromax had earlier confirmed it’s working on a phone with 6GB RAM, a high screen refresh rate and liquid cooling technology for heat dissipation. Most importantly, the phone will have Widevine L1 support for HD video playback on apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and others. It’s possible the handset could be In 1.
