As per the Geekbench listing, the Micromax In 1a specifications will include the MediaTek MT6765V chipset, which is the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC. This processor is paired with 4GB RAM. The Micromax In 1a smartphone is also listed running on Android 10. Not much else is known about the device at the moment but the specs mentioned on Geekbench suggest the first phone in the ‘In’ series will come with an affordable price tag.
It was previously reported that Micromax plans to launch three smartphones priced under Rs 10,000 in India. The phones will reportedly come with “premium” features and a “modern look”. Micromax’s Rahul Sharma in a video on Friday revealed that the company is making a comeback in India following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘AtmaNirbhar Bharat’ initiative, suggesting the phones in the ‘In’ series will be ‘Made in India’.
