However, a Reddit user who goes by the username Downtown_Cranberry44 has modified a Samsung Galaxy A32 smartphone, which comes with a 5,000mAh battery, and increased its battery capacity to a whopping 30,000mAh. Let us find out how he did that.

The modification entails swapping out the internal battery for an external pack made up of six parallel-wired Samsung 50E cells, each with a capacity of 5,000mAh. Despite the customised phone’s remarkable battery capacity, it has a price. More than double the device’s original weight, the external battery pack is hefty and weighs more than 450 grams. Several charging connectors, including two USB-A, one USB-C, micro USB, and Lightning ports, are also included on the modified phone.

According to the user, the 30,000mAh battery required seven to charge fully and might last up to a week. However, he reported that initially, the battery lasted two days with heavy use.
