The Moto G51 5G specifications include a 6.8-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and punch-hole cutout. It is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ chipset coupled with Adreno 619 GPU, 4GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 64GB UFS 2.1 storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. It runs on Android 11 OS out of the box and packs a 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support. Connectivity features include 5G SA/ NSA, 4G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C charging. The phone measures 170 x 77 x 9 mm and weighs 208 grams.

The Moto G51 5G has an IP52 rating and a 13MP (16MP in select markets) front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. It is equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack, bottom-firing speakers, Dolby Atmos, and dual microphones.
