Moto G57 Power launched with Snapdragon 6s Gen 4, 7,000mAh battery and a 50MP LYT600 camera under Rs 15,000
Motorola has today added yet another smartphone to its 2025 G-series portfolio with the release of the Moto G57 Power. Priced at Rs 14,999, it sits right below the Moto G67 Power and aims to offer a similar experience to users seeking a phone with high battery endurance and a sufficiently large main camera sensor. Motorola also places a strong emphasis on the durability and build of the G57 Power.
The Moto G57 Power will go on sale starting December 3rd on Flipkart, Motorola’s website, and leading retail stores. Early bird buyers can grab the phone at a discounted price of Rs 12,999 through an instant Rs 1,000 discount and an additional Rs 1,000 bank discount. The smartphone comes in a variety of vegan leather colour shades, namely Regatta, Fluidity, and Corsair and will be available in a single 8GB + 128GB variant.

As part of its name, the Moto G57 Power boasts a massive silicon-carbon-based 7,000mAh battery with up to 33W charging support. The company claims the handset is tuned to provide 60 hours of runtime on a full charge.
Apart from the battery, another highlight of the Moto G57 Power is that it’s the world’s first smartphone to run on Qualcomm’s latest midrange chipset, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4. Since we’re yet to test the chipset’s capabilities, one can expect this processor to offer performance numbers a tier below the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, which was seen on the OPPO K13 and Realme P3. Aiding the chipset is the UFS 2.2 storage type.
Just like the Moto G67 Power, the G57 Power sports a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate with 1,050 nits of high brightness. This panel is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and the overall durability of the handset is enhanced by MIL-STD-810H military grade protection to ensure safety against small bumps or drops. Based on our experience, while the LCD panel may not offer as good contrast and vibrant tones as AMOLED panels, it should be sufficiently colourful and crisp for the price G57 Power sells at. The Dolby Atmos-supported stereo speakers are on board for an immersive audio experience.
Moving to the cameras, the Moto G57 Power gets the same 50MP 1/2-inch LYT600 main camera as the G67 Power, while the ultrawide and front cameras deploy 8MP and 32MP sensors, respectively. For vloggers and creators to capture crisp videos, all three lenses of the handset come with 2K recording support. For an enhanced camera experience, Motorola has bundled several features in the camera app, including Dual Capture, Auto Smile Capture, Auto Night Vision, and Gesture Selfie, among others. On the other hand, Google Photos takes care of AI imaging features, such as Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur, and Magic Editor.
Coming in multiple colour shades, the IP64-rated build of the Moto G57 Power features an elevated camera deco that makes it stand out from other non-Motorola smartphones under Rs 20,000. On the software front, the handset runs on Android 16 and is assured to get Android 17 and three years of security updates.
For Rs 14,999, the Moto G57 Power stands as a compelling option for users demanding high battery endurance, a large display for binge-watching movies and videos, supported by dual stereo speakers, and a stock-like Android software experience bundled with a slew of AI imaging features.
The phone also puts a premium vegan leather build into the hands of the masses, while packing enhanced durability through an IP64 rating and MIL-STD-810H military grade protection.
