Moto G86 emerges in leaked renders revealing design and colour options

Motorola is working on a new G-series phone that could debut in the near future. The upcoming offering is expected to be the Moto G86. It has surfaced in leaked renders revealing its design and colour options. Last month, we had exclusively shared the global pricing of the smartphone. The Moto G86 will be arriving as the successor to the last year’s Moto G85

Moto G86 appears in leaked renders

  • As per the leaked renders (via), the Moto G86 is seen in a Purple and Dark Blue colours. 
  • The back panel seems to have a faux leather texture
  • The device features a flat frame volume rocker and power buttons on the right side and a USB-C port, speaker grille at the bottom. 
  • The leaked renders reveal a square camera island that rises from the back panel. 
  • It houses three sensors headlined by a 50MP primary lens comapred to dual camera setup on the Moto G85.

  • There is an LED flash unit with a text that suggests Sony LYTIA with OIS support
  • The smartphone will also come with Dolby Atmos
  • Up front, the Moto G86 has a flat screen with a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout compared to a curved panel on the previous model. 

The leaked renders do not reveal any additional details of the Moto G86. Per our exclusive report, the phone is expected to cost EUR 330 (~Rs 31,251) for the 8GB + 256GB configuration. It is said to be available in Golden, Cosmic, Red, and Spellbound colours. To recall, the Moto G85 launched in India in July last year starting at Rs 17,999. It is powered by Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 and 5,000mAh battery and features a 120Hz pOLED display.
