- The handset may come with at least 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and dual SIM support
- Moto G9 Plus will succeed the Moto G8 Plus
Lenovo-owned Motorola recently launched the Moto G 5G Plus and it looks like the next smartphone could be the Moto G9 Plus. Tipster Sudhanshu has shared a screenshot of the phone’s alleged listing on an online store. The listing reveals what could be the Moto G9 Plus price and configuration. As per the image, the Moto G9 Plus with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage will be priced at 227.15 euros, which roughly translates to Rs 19,000 in the Indian currency. The listing also reveals that the handset will have dual-SIM suppor. Wether the Moto G9 Plus is a 4G or 5G phone remains unknown at the moment.
Unfortunately, the screenshot neither share the Moto G9 Plus specifications nor does it include an image of the phone so basically, that’s all the information we can divulge at the moment. The Moto G9 Plus will most likely be the successor to Moto G8 Plus, which was launched last year in India with mid-range specifications such as Snapdragon 665 SoC and FHD+ dot notch display. The Moto G8 Plus also features triple cameras setup at the back with a 48MP primary sensor, a 5MP depth unit for portrait shots, and a 16MP action cam with a dedicated 117-degree field-of-view for video recording. The front camera of the phone gets a 25MP snapper with Screen Flash, auto HDR, Face Beauty, portrait lighting, group selfie, and portrait mode.
Software-wise, the Moto G8 Plus runs Android 9.0 Pie with a near-stock interface out of the box. It’s driven by a 4,000mAh battery and supports 15W Turbo Charging. The upcoming Moto G9 Plus is likely to top these specifications.
