Moto X30 Pro teaser reveals complete design ahead of next week’s launch

Motorola is hosting an event on August 2nd in China where the Moto X30 Pro (Motorola Frontier aka Moto Edge 30 Ultra for the global market) and the foldable Moto Razr 2022 will get an introduction. Before that happens, the company has shared a teaser on Weibo that reveals the design and black colour option of the Moto X30 Pro.

This Motorola phone will be the world’s first handset to feature a whopping 200MP shooter. Previously, the brand’s general manager Chen Jin confirmed the presence of a 1/1.22-inch sensor and also shared a sample shot of the Moto X30 Pro’s 200MP camera.

As we can see in the teaser, the Moto X30 Pro has a triple rear camera setup with an LED flash housed in a square camera island and a Motorola logo on the curved back panel. At the front, it flaunts a curved display, home to a centre punch-holed selfie camera. It has a power button alongside the volume rocker on the right side. Moto X30 Pro comes in a Black colour option and is said to cost around EUR 899 (Approx. Rs 71,500).

Moto X30 Pro has a 6.73-inch Full-HD+ display whose AMOLED panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip runs the show and a 4,500mAh battery with 125W charging support powers the package. It packs 12GB RAM and 256GB storage and boots Android 12-based MyUX out of the box.

For photography, the Moto X30 Pro has a triple rear camera setup: 200MP primary, 50MP secondary, and 12MP third. Selfies and video chats are taken care of by a 60MP front camera.
