“The Moto Z4 and Z4 Force are likely to be the upcoming flagship smartphones with modular design from the brand”
Lenovo-owned Motorola has long been reported to be working on new Z series smartphones allegedly dubbed as Moto Z4 and Moto Z4 Force. While the standard Moto Z4 handset has been in the rumour mill for quite some time, this is the first time we’re hearing about the ‘Force’ model. Most recently, the internal marketing material related to the Moto Z4 were leaked to tip us its specifications and features. Now, ahead of their release, Andri Yatim, who has been consistent with the Motorola smartphone leaks in the past, has spilled the beans of the Moto Z4 series prices.
As per the leakster, the Moto Z4 with 48-megapixel primary camera and Snapdragon 675 SoC will come with a price tag of $399 (~Rs 27,350). The Moto Z4 Force, on the other hand, will set you back to $650 (~Rs 45,000). The Force model is expected to come with the same 48-megapixel primary camera but the Snapdragon 855 SoC. The SoC is Qualcomm’s current flagship, forged using the 7nm process, and is used on most of the high-end smartphones of 2019.
Difference this time with the Z4 Force is the latter is SD8150, 8-128GB, 3230mAH and 48MP f1.6 + 13MP f1.8 + 8MP f2.0 telephoto.— Andri Yatim (@HeyAndri) May 2, 2019

The Moto Z4 and Z4 Force launch hasn’t been revealed yet. However, Motorola has an event scheduled for May 15th in Brazil where it’s likely to launch the Motorola One Vision smartphone, chances are the Moto Z4 series could see the light of the day alongside.
As for the specifications, the Moto Z4 and Moto Z4 Force are both expected to come with a dewdrop-style notch display and a modular design, which is accustomed to the series. The back panel of the handsets is likely to sport 16-pin pogo connector for Moto Mods. Apart from these, the Moto Z4 series will reportedly ship with 6.4-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB internal storage.
In the camera department, the standard Moto Z4 is rumoured to feature a 48-megapixel f/1.6 aperture lens primary camera and a 25-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video calling. The Moto Z4 Force, meanwhile, is likely to have the same selfie camera, but a combination of 48-megapixel + 13-megapixel sensors on the back. That’s all we know so far!
