This is between the Motorola Edge 60 Stylus and the Vivo T4 5G, both of which went official in April 2025. The former is the brand’s first smartphone with a stylus in India, while the latter touts a massive battery.

The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus and Vivo T4 5G showcase distinctly different design elements, offering a striking contrast in appearance. The Edge 60 Stylus features a vegan leather back and a plastic frame. The device comes in two Pantone Gibraltar Sea and Pantone Surf the Web colour options. It is slightly thicker than the Vivo phone at 8.3mm due to the integrated stylus. The device also boasts better IP68 dust and water resistance and MIL-STD-810H certification for durability.
On the contrary, the Vivo T4 5G sports a golden strip along the edge of the camera deco. The device is also available in two shades, namely Emerald Blaze and Phantom Grey shades. It has a sleek and ultra-slim profile despite packing a massive battery. It also boasts MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification but an inferior IP65 rating.

The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus flaunts a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED flat 2.5D display and a 120Hz refresh rate, 3,000 nits peak brightness and 1 billion colours support. The flat panel also features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, SGS Blue Light reduction and SGS Motion Blur reduction.
In contrast, the Vivo T4 5G also flaunts a similarly sized 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with slightly lower 2392 x 1080 pixels (FHD+) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, the panel has support for a higher 5,000 nits peak brightness. It also boasts AI Eye Protection features, a 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut and Shield Glass protection.
Motorola Edge 60 Stylus vs Vivo T4 5G: performance
Under the hood, the Edge 60 Stylus packs the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. The chipset is paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. It also supports virtual RAM expansion and a microSD card slot.
Meanwhile, the Vivo T4 5G comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The availability of the device in multiple configurations gives it an edge over the competitor. It also has Ultra Game Mode, AI Game Voice Changer, and 4D Game Vibration.

The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus features a 50MP Sony LYT-700C main camera with an f/1.88 aperture and OIS, accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide lens with an f/2.2 aperture, macro support, and a 3-in-1 light sensor (ambient, flicker reduction, and RGB). For selfies, it offers a 32MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Both the front and rear cameras support 4K video recording at 30fps.
The Vivo T4 5G also comes equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS and an f/1.79 aperture, paired with a 2MP secondary lens with an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it has a 32MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture. Like the Edge 60 Stylus, it supports 4K video recording.

The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus and Vivo T4 5G run Android 15 out of the box on top of their respective user interfaces. Both the smartphones follow the same software update policy. The Edge 60 Stylus offers a near-stock Android experience with Moto AI features. In contrast, the FunTouch OS 15 offers more customisations but has a limited number of AI features.

The Motorola Edge 60 Stylus houses a smaller 5,000mAh battery with support for slower charging tech in comparison to the Vivo T4’s massive 7,300mAh battery and faster charging tech. However, the Edge 60 Stylus has support for 15W wireless charging tech, which is unique in the segment.
