With an aim to boost its declining sales, Motorola India has added five new entry-level phones to its popular MOTOYUVA range. The MOTOYUVA WX range includes WX181, WX260, WX265, WX290, and WX295 phones. Commenting on the launch, Andrew Morley, vice president of marketing, EMARA, Motorola Mobile Devices & Home, said, “The aim was to meet the changing needs of our Indian consumers and make mobile communication available to the widest possible audience. These five new mobiles deliver just that by offering affordable solutions for talking, texting, taking photos and listening to tunes” 
MOTOYUVA WX181 is a candy bar phone with a 1.5-inch (3.8 cm) colour display and FM radio with integrated RDS3 which shows the songs, artists and genres along with a stereo headset. With a built-in LED torch, this phone can also allow up to five people to join a call simultaneously for conference calls It offers a talk time of up to 8 hours and a standby time of up to 580 hours. Other features include a calculator, currency converter and alarm clock. The MRP of WX181 is Rs 1,490. MOTOYUVA WX260 is a music phone that includes both FM radio, MP3 player, and WAP 2.0 that allows you to browse the web and download personalised ringtones. With a 1.7-inch colour display, this device offers Bluetooth 2.0 and offers up to 11 hours of non-stop music. While, the MOTOYUVA WX265 combines all features of the WX260. Colourful lights on the front flip notify users when there is an incoming call or message or when the battery needs charging. Both the phones feature Bluetooth 2.0, and store up to 2GB of music via an optional microSD card. With storage of up to 500 messages and 800 contacts, both also boast LED torches. MOTOYUVA WX260 comes at Rs 2,190 and MOTOYUVA WX265 is priced at Rs 2,490. Featuring a 1.8-inch colour screen, embedded digital camera, MMS and LED torch light, MOTOYUVA WX290 packs in a WAP 2.0 browser, stereo FM radio and Bluetooth 2.0; whereas MOTOYUVA WX295 is the alternative for those who prefer all these features in a flip design. Featuring VGA camera, it also offers users the benefit of seeing the call line identification on the front flip itself. MOTOYUVA WX290 and MOTOYUVA WX295 are available at Rs 2,490 and Rs 2,890 respectively. The company will offer a one year replacement warranty on all these handsets; wherein the mobile phone will be replaced if covered under the relevant warranty terms.
