Motorola’s upcoming mid-range smartphone, the One Action, will expected to launch in India at an event the company will be reportedly hosting on August 23rd. We’ve been hearing a lot about the Motorola One Action, and it was recently reported that the device would be launched at IFA Berlin. However, a new report now states that the Motorola One Action will come to India sooner than expected. The phone was recently spotted on Amazon Germany and has also received all kinds of certifications. We also know what the Motorola One Action looks like thanks to leaked renders.
If this report, by Droidholic, turns out to be true, then we should have the Motorola One Action in India in a few weeks’ time. The smartphone is said to be priced around $299, which means that we should see the phone being sold in the country for about Rs 20,000. According to renders, The Motorola One Action will look quite similar to the One Vision. However, instead of a dual-rear camera setup at the back, it is said to feature triple cameras on the back. Other specifications are rumoured to be similar to the One Vision.
The Motorola One Action specification will most likely be similar to the One Vision. As mentioned earlier, the phone had appeared on Amazon Germany and revealed its specifications. The phone will come with a 6.39-inch FHD+ display with a camera cutout at the top left corner. It will be powered by the Exynos 9609 chipset, which would be coupled with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The smartphone will feature a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
At the back, the Motorola One Action is expected to feature a triple camera setup as seen on the renders. The camera setup would include a primary 13-megapixel sensor, along with an ultra-wide sensor and a third unknown unit. The phone is also said to have a 3,500mAh battery with support for 15W fast-charging. It will have a USB Type-C port and run Android 9.0 Pie OS. The rear of the phone will also have a traditional fingerprint scanner carrying the Motorola logo.
