“Motorola’s mid-range One Vision Android One phone is expected to come with a 6.2-inch punch hole display, Exynos 9610 SoC, and a 3,500mAh battery.”
Motorola’s yet-to-be-announced One Vision smartphone has frequently been part of the leaks of late. The handset was recently spotted passing through the FCC, revealing its battery capacity. Now, the press render of the phone has surfaced, courtesy of Tigermobiles. The render leak re-affirms the punch-hole display, a 48MP rear camera and that the phone would launch as an Android One offering globally. It is already known that the Motorola One Vision, aka Motorola P40, will be powered by the 10nm Exynos 9610 SoC.
The render also shows a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded into the Moto logo and suggests that the handset will have curved edges at the back. The USB Type-C port, speaker grills can be seen at the bottom along with a primary microphone. The SIM tray can be seen on the left in the leaked render, while the volume rockers and power button are located on the right. The phone can be seen sporting a dual-rear camera setup, expected to feature a 48MP primary lens, along with dual LED flash. However, the details regarding the secondary shooter are unknown at the moment. Going by the render, the rear of the phone seems to rock a textured finish.
As for the other specifications, the Motorola One Vision is expected to sport a 6.2-inch full HD+ punch hole display and be powered by the Exynos 9610 10nm SoC with octa-core processor and Mali-G72. The phone is tipped to come in three RAM and storage variants — 3GB + 32GB, 4GB + 64GB, and 4GB + 128GB. However, an earlier Geekbench listing revealed a 6GB RAM model as well. The phone is expected to feature a 3,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The handset is expected to run on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with dedicated Dolby audio and face unlock apps. The press render shows April 3rd date on the home screen, which could be the phone’s launch date, but Motorola hasn’t mentioned anything yet, so stay tuned for more updates.
