“The Nokia 3 is an entry-level offering with 5-inch display and Android Nougat”
Earlier this week, HMD Global launched the Nokia 3 in India alongside the Nokia 5 (first impressions) and Nokia 6 (review). The brand announced that the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 will be available offline only, while the Nokia 6 will retail exclusively on Amazon India. While the Nokia 5 is slated to go on sale next month, the Nokia 3 is available via major brick-and-mortar retail stores across the country starting today. It is the most affordable smartphone of the Nokia trio, priced at Rs 9,499.
For the uninitiated, the Nokia 3 (first impressions) boots Android Nougat out of the box, and comes pre-loaded with Google Assistant. The phone features a 5-inch display, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The phone offers 16GB of storage, 8MP cameras on the front and rear, 4G LTE and a 2,650mAh battery.
