Alongside the Nokia 5.3, HMD Global also launched the Nokia C3 entry-level smartphone in India on Tuesday. The budget phone falls under Rs 10,000 and offers a stock Android 10 software out of the box and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Nokia C3 first went official in China earlier this month and the handset features a traditional design language. It touts an 18:9 display with thick bezels on the top and bottom of the display. Nokia C3 price in India starts from Rs 7,499 for the base model with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. The 3GB + 32GB variant is priced at Rs 8,999. The smartphone will go on sale starting September 17th in Nordic Blue and Sand colour options. Customers will be able to pre-book the Nokia C3 from September 10th on Nokia.com/phones. The Nokia C3 features a 5.99-inch HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by a 1.6GHz Unisoc SC9863A chipset paired with up to 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with support for storage expandability via a microSD card. The Nokia C3 runs on Android 10 out of the box and also gets a Google Assistant button on the side.
Nokia C3 sports an 8MP main primary camera at the back and a 5MP sensor up front for selfies. The phone gets a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
