Nokia X30 launched in India and just like that has become the costliest phone with the 5G-enabled Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. The handset was originally introduced back in September globally. The company says the frame of the phone is made with 100 percent recycled aluminium and the back cover of 65 percent recycled plastic. The company is promised 3 OS upgrades and 3 years of monthly security updates. Nokia X30 5G is priced at Rs 48,999 for a limited period. The handset comes in Cloudy Blue and Ice White colour options. Customers can pre-book the phone starting today and will be on sale from Amazon and Nokia website from February 20th.

As a part of the launch offer, customers get a Rs 1,000 discount on the Nokia website, free Nokia Comfort Earbuds worth Rs 2,799, a free 33W charger worth Rs 2,999 and an extra Rs 4000 exchange discount on Amazon.

Nokia X30 5G sports a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, 700 nits peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC coupled with Adreno 619L GPU, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The handset boots Android 12 OS not the latest Android 13 skin.

Moving to optics, the Nokia X30 has dual cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary camera sensor with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, an LED flash, and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.4 aperture. The camera comes with Corning Gorilla Glass with DX+ glass protection. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The phone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and an IP67 rating for water resistance. The new Nokia phone measures 158.9 x 73.9 x 7.99mm and weighs 185 grams. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port for charging. There is a 4200mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
