
London-based Nothing has announced that alongside the Nothing Ear and Nothing Ear (a), all the other audio products will be integrated with ChatGPT support this month for Indian consumers. This will allow users to set ChatGPT as their preferred digital assistant. Here’s more about ChatGPT’s integration into Nothing’s audio products.
ChatGPT support for Nothing audio portfolio
- According to the company, the integration of ChatGPT on the company’s audio products will take place via a Nothing X app update starting May 21st.
- The integration will allow users to set ChatGPT as their preferred digital assistant and resolve queries using earphones whenever needed.
- The ChatGPT support will be coming to Nothing Ear, Ear (a), Ear (1), Ear (stick), and Ear (2), alongside CMF Buds, CMF Neckband Pro, and CMF Buds Pro.
Nothing Ear, Ear (a) price in India, features
It is worth noting that the Nothing Ear and Ear (a) are the company’s newly launched TWS earbuds, and can be purchased for Rs Rs 11,999 and Rs 7,999, respectively. The Nothing Ear comes in White and Black colours, while the Ear (a) is available in Yellow alongside White and Black colours.

Nothing Ear
- The Nothing Ear features a custom 11mm driver and a ceramic diaphragm.
- It has support for LHDC 5.0 and LDAC codec for high-res streaming over Bluetooth along with Hi-Res Audio certification.
- The earbuds have up to 45dB of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and intelligent noise cancelling.
- The earbuds also come with Adaptive ANC, which applies automatically up to 3 noise cancellation levels – high, medium, and low.
- Nothing claims that the battery on the earbuds can run up to 40.5 hours on a full charge with the charging case, along with a fast charging feature.
- The earbuds feature an IP54 rating while the case comes with an IP55 rating.
Nothing Ear (a)
- Nothing Ear (a) features the same ANC support and Adaptive ANC as the Nothing Ear.
- It also has Hi-Res Audio certification support and can stream high-resolution audio over Bluetooth.
- The Nothing Ear (a) is touted to offer up to 42.5 hours of playtime on a full charge, with fast charging technology.
- While the Ear (a)’s buds have an IP54 rating, the case offers an IPX2 rating.
