Nothing Phone (2): Made in India
Nothing Phone (2) will be manufactured in Tamil Nadu by BYD Electronic which is a Shenzen-based manufacturer, according to a report by Indian Express. This isn’t the first time though as the Nothing Phone (1) was also manufactured here.
Nothing Phone (2) will also be the company’s most sustainable product, the report added. This is in line with the company’s recent tweet where it said that the Nothing Phone (2)’s parts and components will be made from recycled materials and sustainable plastic. The upcoming phone is also said to have a carbon footprint of 53.45kg, which is 5kg lower than the Phone (1).
