Nothing has launched three phones so far this year: the Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, and the CMF Phone (2) Pro. Next up in the line is the flagship Nothing Phone (3). The brand’s CEO recently confirmed that the phone will debut in Q3 2025, which would fall between July and September. In line with that, the company has dropped a cryptic teaser on X, hinting that the upcoming flagship launch may not be far away.
Nothing Phone (3) teased on X
- Nothing on X has tweeted the number ‘3’ without any caption or text.
- This could be the company gearing up to tease the Nothing Phone (3) on the platform, but considering the Q3 launch timeline, it should be a while before the hardware features are revealed.
- Nothing Phone (3) will succeed Nothing Phone (2), which debuted in July 2023. There are chances the new model could also launch around the same timeline.
Nothing Phone 3: what do we know so far?
Not much is known about the Nothing Phone (3) specifications at the moment, but it could come with an AI-powered platform, going by what the brand has been hinting at. The leaked email from Carl Pei noted that the Nothing Phone (3) will bring “breakthrough innovations in the user interface”
The top executive, back in June last year, revealed the designs/concepts and the AI platform that are in the works. It is possible the Phone (3) might bring the next version of the ‘Essential Space’, which is an AI-powered hub that debuted with the Phone (3a) series earlier this year with more features and deeper integration within the OS and native apps.
The Nothing Phone (3) will be a flagship offering, which means it will be expensive than the (3a) series. To recall, the Nothing Phone (2) was launched in India at Rs 44,999.
