Popular audio brand Nu Republic has announced its first truly wireless earphones, called the Jaxxbuds in India. The pair of earbuds allow users to conveniently listen to music with, as you might have guessed, literally no strings attached. The earphones are accompanied by a charging case with an integrated power bank that can charge the Jaxxbuds up to five times. The Nu Republic Jaxxbuds has been priced at Rs 3,299 in India. The earbuds come in black and white shades and are available for purchase on the Nu Republic’s website and e-commerce platform Amazon.in.

Coming to the specifications, the Nu Republic Jaxxbuds has a Bluetooth 5.0 technology for “seamless” connectivity with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PCs. The earbuds are IPX5 certified making the pair splash and sweat resistant. The pair also packs the in-house X-Bass technology for deep Bass from the built-in 8mm drivers. The earphones also feature touch sensors for hands-free control while attending to call or play/ pause music and comes with ear tips of different sizes. As per the company’s claims, the earphones offer a battery backup of around 5 hours on a single charge. Lastly, “the wireless earphones are crafted with the finest quality material that exudes luxe urban look,” the company said in the press release.
