“Nubia Z20 flagship is expected to come with a 6.42-inch primary OLED display, a 5.1-inch secondary rear OLED display, and Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC”
Nubia Z20 flagship is expected to launch in China on August 8th. The flagship is said to come with curved edges to the sides and offer a bezel-less display and 8K video recording capability. Now, a new Nubia phone with model number NX627J has appeared on TENAA, revealing complete specifications. The listing suggests the Nubia Z20 is equipped with two displays like the Nubia X. It has a 6.42-inch OLED Full HD+ display with 1,080 x 2,340 pixels resolution. The rear has a smaller 5.1-inch OLED display with the same resolution. Both the displays offer 19:5:9 aspect ratio. The Nubia Z20 measures 158.63 x 75.23 x 9.2mm and weighs 186 grams.
The Nubia Z20 is powered by the 2.96GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC and it is expected to arrive in three variants — 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB storage. It is said to pack 3,900mAh battery with fast charging support. The handset packs triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 16-megapixel secondary snapper. Unfortunately, there is no cutout for the front-facing shooter, meaning it could have a slider mechanism or rely on the rear camera setup since it has dual displays. The runs on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box and there is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
Since the Nubia Z20 specifications and images are already updated on the TENAA listing, we should know more details about the phone when it goes official on August 8th.
