Nubia Z30 5G spotted on TENAA, launch could be imminent

Nubia Z30 with model number NX615J with 5G support has been spotted on the TENAA certification, suggesting that we might be inching closer to the launch. It will succeed the Nubia Z20 dual display smartphone that was launched in 2019. To recall, the handset was recently spotted on China’s 3C database with a charger that supports 30W fast-charging. Unfortunately, not much else is known about the Nubia Z30 flagship at the moment and the TENAA listing does not reveal much information, but the smartphone could come with specifications like the Snapdragon 865 SoC, dual-mode 5G and improved design. We should know more information about the Nubia Z30 soon.

Nubia Z20 specifications

The Nubia Z20 flaunts a 6.42-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with 2,340 X 1,080 pixels resolution, 19:5:9 aspect ratio, and 430 nits of brightness. On the rear, there is a 5.1-inch AMOLED secondary-screen. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor coupled with up to 8GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The handset boots Android 9 Pie with Nubia UI 7.0 on top. A 4,000mAh battery with 27W fast -charging and Quick Charge 4.0 support fuels the handset.

In the camera department, the Nubia Z20 features a triple camera setup consisting of a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor with OIS and a dual-LED flash unit, a 16MP ultra-wide lens and an 8MP telephoto lens with 30x digital zoom support. Since the phone has displays on both the sides, the rear camera module doubles as selfie snappers on the front. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, dual GPS, and USB Type-C.
