NVIDIA announces expanded DLSS 4 games list, RTX 5060 GPU global price, and availability at Computex 2025

Highlights
  • DLSS 4 becomes the fastest-adopted NVIDIA gaming technology.
  • DOOM: The Dark Ages will get Path Tracing next month, and Portal has got the Multi-Frame Generation feature.
  • GeForce RTX 5060 laptop GPUs are available now starting at $1099 (around Rs 94,009)

At Computex 2025, NVIDIA revealed that over 125 games now support the company’s AI-powered gaming upscaling technology, DLSS 4.0. That’s a massive leap from 75 titles that supported the tech when DLSS 4 debuted in January 2025. Here you can check out the updated list and learn why this DLSS 4 support matters in the first place. You can also find out RTX 5060 GPU global price and availability details below.

What is DLSS?

DLSS uses AI to upscale lower-resolution images in games and apps. So, in a way, it makes mid-range GPUs perform like high-end models. The fourth iteration, called DLSS 4, launched alongside GeForce RTX 50-series graphics cards.

With DLSS 4, you get the following upgrades:

  • Multi Frame Generation (MFG): This is the key feature of DLSS 4.0. MFG generates up to three additional AI frames per traditionally rendered frame, multiplying performance by up to 8X compared to standard rendering. This feature is exclusive to RTX 50-series GPUs due to new hardware capabilities.
  • Meanwhile, RTX 40-series GPUs get enhanced frame generation (not MFG) and all RTX GPUs get the Ray Reconstruction feature that uses AI-based denoisers for more stable and higher quality images, especially in ray-traced and path-traced games.
  • Another key upgrade is DLSS 4.0’s broader compatibility. While MFG is exclusive to RTX 50-series, other improvements like upscaling and ray reconstruction are available to older RTX cards from 20, 30 and 40-series, though with some limitations.

125+ DLSS 4 games supported now

Here are some of the titles in this expanded DLSS 4 games library:

  • DOOM: The Dark Ages
  • Dune Awakening
  • NARAKA: BLADEPOINT
  • F1 25
  • FBC: Firebreak
  • inZOI
  • LIGHT OF MOTIRAM
  • MindsEye
  • Portal with RTX
  • RoadCraft
  • Splitgate 2
  • WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers
  • Crimson Desert
  • Chaos Enscape (creator app)
  • Autodesk VRED (creator app)

Here’s the complete list.

From 75 apps and games in January to over 125 titles in May, NVIDIA has quickly expanded DLSS 4 support. The company claims this is its fastest adoption of a gaming technology in its history.

Now, besides the expanded DLSS 4-supported games library, NVIDIA has also announced a new DOOM: The Dark Ages update with Path Tracing, and Portal with DLSS 4 and RTX enhancements. For the uninitiated, Path Tracing simulates the possible paths light rays can take as they interact with the 3D virtual environment (bounce, scatter, reflect, and refract). Find more details here.

Another major announcement from NVIDIA at Computex 2025 is:

RTX 5060 GPUs global price, availability

  • GeForce RTX 5060 desktop GPUs start at $299 (around Rs 26,000) in models from brands like ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, ZOTAC, PNY, and others. These are said to offer up to 2x faster performance than RTX 4060 with DLSS 4. You can pick it in stock-clocked, factory-overclocked, and pre-built systems.
  • GeForce RTX 5060 laptop GPUs start at $1099 (around Rs 94,009) in models from all major laptop manufacturers. These will come in laptops as thin as 14.9mm and offer up to 2x the performance of the previous generation, thanks to NVIDIA’s Blackwell architecture, DLSS 4, and power-efficient Max-Q technologies.
