New OnePlus 10/10T renders show different camera design, no Hasselblad branding

Highlights
  • The OnePlus 10T design looks almost identical to the OnePlus 10 Pro, with triple cameras and a punch-hole cutout.
  • The handset will not have Hasselblad cameras and an alert slider.
  • Key specifications include Snapdragon 8+ Gen1, 6.7-inch display, 150W fast charging and an optical fingerprint sensor.

OnePlus has had a busy year this time around with consecutive launches spread across the first half of the year. But that’s just the half of it as we’re hearing the brand is lining up a few rebranded OPPO phones, including the OPPO A57, Reno 8 Pro and a few others as well. It is also said to be working on a high-end phone, the OnePlus 10T and it will be the brand’s last flagship phone of the year. Reports suggest it will be the rumoured OnePlus 10 and 10 Ultra.

Now, ahead of the announcement, the OnePlus 10T renders have leaked online, courtesy of MySmartPrice in association with tipster Yogesh Brar. Separately, noted leakster DigitalChatStation has revealed the complete specifications of the flagship. Earlier this week, renders of an upcoming OnePlus 10 series phone had also leaked, but the new renders show a different camera design and no Hasselblad branding. This is presumably a separate phone in the series.

OnePlus 10T design

OnePlus 10T looks quite similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro flagship that debuted earlier this year. It has a similar rear camera layout design as the OnePlus 10 Pro, with a rectangular cutout at the top left corner. The module houses triple camera sensors, a secondary noise-cancelling microphone and an LED flash. However, there’s no Hasselblad branding.

The power button is on the right spine, while the volume rocker is present on the left edge. There’s no sight of an alert slider, which is surprising considering this will be a flagship phone. There is a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper and a sizeable bezel below the screen. The phone can be seen in Black colour but there could be other options at launch.

OnePlus 10/ 10T price, specifications (expected)

The new OnePlus 10/10T price is expected to be in the range of 3,000-4,000 yuan (approximately between Rs 35,000-40,000).

The OnePlus 10T is said to sport a 6.7-inch FHD+ LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, RGB, Display P3 colour gamut and probably Corning Gorilla Glass layer. It is said to have a flat screen. The OnePlus 10T is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset and should be available in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options.

OnePlus 10T specs

The phone is said to be equipped with X-axis linear motor, an in-screen optical fingerprint sensor for security, NFC, and a 4800mAh battery with 150W fast charging support. Moving to optics, the OnePlus 10T is said to pack a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. It could have a 16MP selfie snapper on the front. Connectivity options could include 2×2 MIMO, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Bluetooth 5.3, SBC & aptX HD & LDAC, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
