As of now, there’s no word on the whereabouts of the vanilla OnePlus 10, but we can expect it to debut at the same event alongside its Pro counterpart. OnePlus also confirmed that the OnePlus 10 series will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.

The OnePlus 10 Pro has appeared on the internet for quite some time, giving us a sneak peek of its design and specifications. The renders show off a new contour cut camera module flushing into the edges, much like what we’ve seen on the Samsung Galaxy S21. On the front, it might come with a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a punch-hole cutout housing a 32MP camera.

As confirmed, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset will be powering the OnePlus 10 Pro. Under the hood, the chipset would be paired with 8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. The OnePlus 10 Pro could come with support for 125W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The smartphone might boast a 5,000mAh battery. It will be running OxygenOS 12 on top of Android 12.

In the optics department, the OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to bring a triple rear camera onboard. The rear camera array would be led by a 48MP primary sensor coupled with a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and an 8MP telephoto lens with up to 3.3X optical zoom capabilities. Like last year, OnePlus would be collaborating with the Hasselblad for the cameras on the upcoming flagship smartphone.

Currently, there’s no word on the OnePlus 10 or OnePlus 10 Pro prices.
