OnePlus recently launched its flagship OnePlus 13 series and the OnePlus Ace 5 lineup (in China). The next smartphone from the Chinese brand is rumoured to be the new OnePlus 13T/13 Mini, which is said to arrive as a compact flagship. There are also leaks surrounding the new OnePlus Ace series models. Now, in the latest development, the tentative launch timelines of the upcoming OnePlus phones have leaked online. Here are the details.
OnePlus phones launching this year (rumoured)
- In a Weibo post, tipster DigitalChatStation claims the OnePlus 13T/OnePlus 13 Mini will debut around April this year and will feature a compact screen with flat edges.
- Recent leaks have suggested the phone will have a 6.31-inch screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, and a 50MP telephoto sensor.
- Furthermore, there could be multiple Ace-series phones launching this year, as per DCS. These could include the OnePlus Ace 5s and Ace 5V in the Ace 5 series and the Ace 6 and Ace 6 Pro.
- The tipster says the Ace 5s and Ace 5V with large straight screens will launch around May, a month after the OnePlus 13 Mini/13T. This corroborates a recent report.
- There are reports that the phones would arrive with the yet-to-be-announced MediaTek Dimensity 9350 and Dimensity 9400 chipsets, respectively.
- DCS claims that the OnePlus 14 flagship will launch in October, possibly in China first like the predecessor. He says the phone will have a straight screen.
- Lastly, the company is said to introduce the OnePlus Ace 6 and Ace 6 Pro in November, which is ahead of the Ace 5 series’ December launch last year.
- The tipster clarifies that the names of the phones and their launch timelines are tentative at the moment so nothing is conclusive just yet.
- Launch timelines aside, DigitalChatStation claims that OnePlus will be making design changes this year, including to the three-stage alert slider.
Nothing is said about their India launch at the moment but based on the predecessors, we can speculate that at least the OnePlus 14 flagship and OnePlus Ace 6 (rebranded as OnePlus 14R?) will find their way to the country.
