“The latest OxygenOS update for OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T adds a new feedback tool for the Community app for submitting bug reports and feature requests”
OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T OxygenOS 9.0.15 / 9.0.7 update is now rolling out, bringing Screen Recorder feature, June 2019 security patch, and improved screen rotation. It also provides support for VoLTE/ VoWiFi for Danish operator Telia Denmark for the OnePlus 6 and 6T. Apart from these, the feedback tool for submitting bug reports and feature requests has been added to the community app. OnePlus says that it can automatically capture the required logs based on the issue reporting. The screen recording functionality was first introduced with the OnePlus 7 and allows users to capture video and phone’s internal audio. These features were available to OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T beta testers back in May.
Furthermore, the improved screen rotation should improve the smoothness and reliability of the rotation and the VoLTE/ VoWiFi feature for Danish operator Telia will let users make voice over LTE and Wi-Fi calls. Though being 2018 flagships, OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T continue to receive updates addressing minute issues. The latest OxygenOS 9.0.15 / 9.0.7 incremental update has started rolling out and should reach everyone in a week or two.
Recently, both the phones received OxygenOS beta build that brought the ability to control video framerates from the built-in screen recorder and users will be able to rearrange or delete weather cards for multiple cities inside the Weather app and edit quick responses in the built-in Phone app. It also included bug fixes and stability improvements, better animations and more. These features should be rolled out to OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T in the future updates.
