OnePlus 6T’s latest renders leave nothing to the imagination

“These official-looking renders of the OnePlus 6T confirm the presence of under-display fingerprint scanner and vertically-aligned dual rear cameras”

OnePlus 6T’s launch is still weeks apart, but thanks to a flurry of leaks, we already know a lot about the upcoming OnePlus flagship. However, if you were looking for more confirmation, then we’ve got that in the form of HD renders from an authentic source. The leaked renders look almost official and were first reported by WinFuture. There are two renders, one for the “Mirror Black” colour, the other for the “Midnight Black” hue with a matte finish.

Many of those following the OnePlus 6T closely might not be very surprised by the new leak as the company itself has started teasing the handset and it’s a foregone conclusion that there will be a dewdrop notch at the fascia of the phone. It looks similar to the OPPO F9 Pro (review) or the Vivo V11 Pro (review). Apart from the predictable design, these renders confirm the presence of an in-screen fingerprint reader. There are vertically-stacked dual cameras at the back and no sign of a 3.5mm headphone jack.

As for the other specs, we don’t expect internals to change at all from the OnePlus 6 (review). Although rumours suggest that the battery capacity will see a bump to 3,700mAh pack.

Reports suggest that OnePlus will be taking the covers off the OnePlus 6T on October 17th. We’re also expecting a bunch of accessories like the USB Type-C Bullets Wireless v2 as well as some protective cases to be unveiled at the same event.
