“The Thunder Purple variant of the OnePlus 6T is expected to launch sometime soon and comes with a two tone purple and black back panel”

OnePlus is known for offering a new colour variant of the existing model a couple of months after the launch- Silk White for OnePlus 6 (review) and Red for OnePlus 5T (review). However, brand’s latest smartphone – OnePlus 6T is a milestone launch as it marks a lot of firsts for the brand including a waterdrop notch, in-display fingerprint scanner and omission of 3.5mm audio jack. It’s only befitting for the brand to launch a complete new colour for the newest flagship. There were talks of a Thunder Purple variant of the newest launch and the same has now been spotted in couple of alleged leaked press renders of the smartphone.
