“OnePlus 7 comes with a 6.41-inch AMOLED display, is powered by the Snapdragon 855 SoC, and pack dual rear cameras”
OnePlus had launched the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro flagships earlier this month in India. While the latter is already on sale, the company has now announced that the OnePlus 7 would be available for users to purchase starting June 4th at 12pm. The ‘Notify Me’ page is already live on Amazon.in, where the device will be available online. It will also go on sale via the official OnePlus.in website the same day. The OnePlus 7 price in India for the 6GB + 128GB variant is Rs 32,999, while the 8GB and 256GB storage variant sets you back by Rs 37,999.
OnePlus 7 specifications
To recall, the OnePlus 7 is equipped with a relatively smaller 6.41-inch Optic AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,340 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, waterdrop notch and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 855 SoC with Adreno 640 GPU and boots Android 9.0 Pie-based OxygenOS out of the box. The device comes in two RAM and storage variants – 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric security.
In the camera department, the handset features dual rear cameras consisting of a 48MP f/1.7, 0.8-micron shooter and a 5MP f/2.4 secondary depth sensor. For selfies, the phone gets a 16MP f/2.0 selfie camera. A smaller 3,700mAh battery with 20W fast-charging fuels the phone. Other features include dual stereo speakers, Ultra Shot, faster UFS 3.0 flash storage. There’s also a new screen Recorder with support for external sound through the microphone and a Zen Mode that locks your device for 20 minutes so you can focus on something else. Though the device lacks a proper IP rating, OnePlus says it is water-resistant for everyday use. OnePlus 7 comes in Mirror Gray and Red colour options.
