OnePlus 9 series and OnePlus Watch were announced at the company’s launch event on Tuesday. The OnePlus 9 series includes the OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 9, and OnePlus 9 Pro. The flagship phones tout Hasselblad cameras, AMOLED LPTO displays, Snapdragon 888 5G SoC, 65W fast charging, and more. OnePlus Watch, on the other hand, is the company’s first smartwatch and it comes after the OnePlus Band fitness tracker. The OnePlus Watch comes with a SpO2 sensor, heart rate monitor, 46mm dial, AMOLED screen and has support for Warp Charge technology.

OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro specifications
OnePlus 9 sports a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels resolution, a punch-hole cutout, 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass layer for protection. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The phone runs Android 11-based OxygenOS out of the box and has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast wired charging and 15W Qi wireless charging support (only in the US and Europe).
As for cameras, the OnePlus 9 has triple cameras, with a 48MP (f/1.8 aperture) Sony IMX689 sensor with 7P Lens, EIS, a 50MP Sony IMX766 ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP monochrome lens. On the front, it has a 16MP Sony IMX471 snapper for selfies and video chats. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-FI, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.
OnePlus 9 Pro sports a slightly larger 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED LTPO display with 1,440 x 3,216 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 20.1:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, 3D Corning Gorilla Glass layer, and punch-hole cutout. It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 5G SoC coupled up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone runs on Android 11-based Oxygen OS custom skin on top.
The device packs a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging fuels the phone. The OnePlus 9 Pro has a quad-cameras at the back with a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. There is a 16MP Sony IMX471 camera on the front with EIS and f/2.4 aperture for selfies and video chats. OnePlus 9 Pro has an in-display fingerprint sensor.
OnePlus 9 price in India is set at Rs 49,999 for the 8GB+128GB model and Rs 54,999 for the 12GB+256GB version. It comes in Winter Mist, Arctic Sky, and Astral Black colours. The phone will be on sale from April 15th via OnePlus.in, Amazon, and partner retail stores. OnePlus 9 Pro price in India is Rs 64,999 for the 8GB+128GB model while the 12GB+256GB variant costs Rs 69,999. The phone will be available in Morning Mist, Forest Green, and Stellar Black colour hues.

OnePlus 9R price in India is set at Rs 39,999 for the 8GB+128GB model and Rs 43,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant. It comes in Carbon Black and Lake Blue colour options and will be on sale via Amazon India and the OnePlus’ online store.
OnePlus Watch specifications
The OnePlus Watch is equipped with a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with 454 x 454 pixels resolution, 4mm dial, a 326 PPI density, and 2.5D glass. The Cobalt Limited Edition comes with sapphire glass that offers better protection. The 402mAh battery is claimed to last up to 14 days of usage.
OnePlus Watch can last 25 hours with continuous workout-tracking using GPS. The Warp Charge technology is claimed to offer a week’s battery life in just 20 minutes of charge. The onePlus Watch is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance and is also 5 ATM water-resistant. It can track a total of 110 workouts, including indoor and outdoor exercises.
OnePlus Watch price in India is Rs 16,999 for the Classic Edition. However, it will be available for Rs 14,999 in April.
