OnePlus 9 price in India is Rs 49,999 for the 8GB/128GB model and Rs 54,999 for the 12GB/256GB version. It comes in Winter Mist, Arctic Sky, and Astral Black colours. The smartphone will go on sale in India on April 15th via OnePlus.in, Amazon.in, and partner retail stores.
OnePlus 9 Pro price in India is Rs 64,999 for the 8GB/128GB model while the 12GB + 256GB variant costs Rs 69,999. The phone will be available in Morning Mist, Forest Green, and Stellar Black colour hues. It will is now available on pre-orders in India via the company’s official site, with sales starting on April 1st via OnePlus.in, Amazon.in, and retail partners. The compatible 50W wireless charger can be purchased at Rs 5,990.
Members of the OnePlus Community can get access to the two phones before their respective open sales begin, i.e. from March 31st. Buyers of the two phones will get 1TB cloud storage with the Red Cable Life plan and 120TB storage with Red Cable Care plan, starting March 23rd.
Customers buying the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro usin SBI credit cards and EMI transactions will get instant discounts of Rs 3,000 and Rs 4,000, respectively. The phones also come with Jio benefits worth Rs 6,000.
OnePlus 9 Pro specifications
OnePlus 9 Pro sports a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED LTPO display with 1,440 x 3,216 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 20.1:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, Display P3, 3D Corning Gorilla Glass layer, and punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The phone also supports hyper-touch, reading and night mode, vibrant colour effect, promotion graphics smoothing, and adaptive display. It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 5G SoC coupled up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

The phone runs on Android 11-based Oxygen OS custom skin on top. OnePlus says the Turbo Boost 3.0 memory optimisation will keep more than 25 percent more apps open in the background than before. The company is using RAM compressions and virtual RAM (that turns the phone’s storage into RAM) technologies for this. A 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging fuels the phone.
Moving to optics, the OnePlus 9 Pro has a quad-cameras at the back with a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor with a 1/1.43″ sensor size, 7P lens, dual-LED flash, OIS, EIS, and f/1.8 aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle Sony IMX766 sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 1/1.56″ sensor size, and 7P lens, an 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP monochrome sensor.
There is a new Pro mode that it co-developed with Hasselblad that brings Hasselblad-level sensor calibration to a smartphone for the first time. It brings a new revamped user interface based on Hasselblad’s image processing and allows users to manually control and fine-tune photos to adjust ISO, focus, exposure time, white balance and more. It also allows shooting in 12-bit RAW format for 64x the colour compared to 10-bit RAW that is usually found in other smartphones.

OnePlus 9 Pro has an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock for security, an alert slider, dual stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos. Connectivity features include dual-mode 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 with aptX, aptX HD, LDAC, and AA, NFC, GPS/ GLONASS/ Galileo/ Beidou/ A-GPS and USB Type-C port. It measures 163.2 x 73.6 x 8.7mm and weighs 197 grams.

The phone runs Android 11-based OxygenOS out of the box and packs a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast wired charging and 15W Qi wireless charging support (only in the US and Europe). It measures 160 X 73.9 X 8.1mm (160 X 74.2 X 8.7mm in the US and Europe) and weighs 183 grams (192 grams in the US and Europe).
