After launching the OnePlus Ace 2 in China, the Chinese smartphone brand is planning to launch a new smartphone, OnePlus Ace 2V, in the country. According to tipster Max Jambor, the smartphone is launching in China on March 7th. The smartphone has been tipped to be unveiled in India and other global markets as the OnePlus Nord 3 in July this year. The OnePlus Ace 2V may be the same device that is being referred to as the OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition lately.
OnePlus Ace 2V design, specifications
In terms of design, the back of the OnePlus Ace 2V looks like it has three cameras, which are encased in a familiar dual-circle camera design. The device’s power button is on the right side, while the up and down volume buttons are probably on the left. Also, there’s a protrusion on the top right, which is probably the brand’s famous alert slider. The back of the device looks matte, and the OnePlus logo is in the middle.
A recent report says that the OnePlus Ace 2V (OnePlus PHP110 model) scored 1050521 on the AnTuTu tests. The listing also said that the OnePlus Ace 2V Dimensity Edition would come with Android 13 OS right out of the box. The device will also have up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. We can also expect that the OnePlus Ace 2V will come with more memory options. Meanwhile, the AnTuTu listing confirms that the upcoming smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset.
Some other rumours hint that the OnePlus Ace 2V might have a 6.72-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will probably have a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP macro lens. The smartphone will likely equip a 16MP selfie shooter on the front. The upcoming smartphone might pack a 5,000mAh battery.
