OnePlus Buds Z truly wireless earbuds have been officially unveiled alongside the OnePlus 8T flagship smartphone. These are a stripped-own version of the original OnePlus Buds that debuted in July. Unlike the original, these come with silicone ear tips for a more comfortable fit and better noise cancellation, and the stem of the earbuds is slightly thick as well. The OnePlus Buds Z earbuds are equipped with 10mm drivers and there’s support for Dirac Audio Tuner and Dolby Atmos for an immersive sound experience.
The new OnePlus Buds Z earbuds have an IP55 rating for water and dust resistance and they’re claimed to last up to 5 hours on a single charge. The charging case is said to offer an additional 15 hours. It also supports fast-charging that is claimed to offer 3 hours of playback time with 10 minutes of charging. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.0 and are compatible with Android and iOS. They have dual-microphones that are claimed to offer passive noise cancellation and the earbuds weigh 4.35 grams. The charging case has an LED indicator on the front for indication, a USB Type-C port, and a button at the back for pairing.
The OnePlus Buds Z price in India is Rs 3,190 and will be available in White, Black, and Sky Blue colour options, with sales set to start November 2nd. They will be up for pre-booking via OnePlus.in and the OnePlus app starting from 12am on October 15th, and those who pre-order the earbuds will get a Rs 200 discount, bringing down the price to Rs 2,990. Pre-orders on Flipkart, Amazon.in, and OnePlus offline stores begin October 26th.
