The OnePlus Care service program has been officially launched in India. It is the company’s first post-purchase program, designed to deliver a hassle-free after-sales experience. The service applies to all models, from the OnePlus One to the latest OnePlus 7T. The brand says the OnePlus Care program was envisioned with the community in mind and that it can be accessed via the Care app on the Google Play Store already. OnePlus phones’ unique IMEI number will grant users access to benefits as applicable to the model.

The benefits in phase one include a free one-Year extended warranty for OnePlus 6T and above models, 50 percent off on battery replacement with zero labour charge for OnePlus 3, OnePlus 3T, OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T, and OnePlus 6 devices. Lastly, it will provide an upgrade plan on OnePlus phones with a competitive price and an additional offer when you trade in your old OnePlus device and upgrade to a new OnePlus model.
