Up until a few hours ago, the OnePlus Lite Z has been going by name OnePlus Z or OnePlus Nord. We still believe the “Nord” word will be associated with the upcoming smartphone series, but we’re not sure what it means at the moment. Now that OnePlus has confirmed it is launching a new affordable smartphone series, we expect the company to start teasing the device in the days to come.

Where is OnePlus Lite Z/ OnePlus Z/ OnePlus Nord launching?
The company has revealed that the upcoming affordable smartphone series will be launching in India and Europe first and will later expand to North America in the future. In one teaser image, the company has also revealed cryptically that the OnePlus Lite Z will launch in India in July. Based on past rumours, the smartphone is expected to launch on July 10th.

Based on what we know so far, the OnePlus Lite Z will come with a punch-hole AMOLED display and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 765G SoC and will support 5G. It is also said to come with quad cameras that includes a 64MP main camera. As an affordable phone, The OnePlus Lite Z will unlikely launch with wireless charging. Lastly, the phone may house a 4,000mAh battery and support Warp Charge 30T fast charging.
